Refund Policy

We want every Persona customer to feel good about what they bought. If you don't, we're happy to make it right. Here's exactly how refunds work.

Quick version: trial fee refundable within 14 days of the initial charge. Subscription renewals are reviewed case-by-case. Cancel before your trial ends to avoid any subscription charge entirely.

1. Trials

Our trials (7-day for $4.99, 30-day for $14.99, 90-day for $39.99) charge a one-time fee upfront and unlock the full product for the trial period.

2. Subscription renewals

After a trial, or on direct subscription plans, you are charged on the renewal cadence chosen at checkout (monthly $39.99 or quarterly $99.99).

3. How to request a refund

  1. Email support@startpersona.com from the address on your account.
  2. Include the date of the charge and, if possible, the last 4 digits of the card used.
  3. Tell us briefly what went wrong. One sentence is fine.

We reply within two business days. Approved refunds land on the original payment method within 5โ€“10 business days depending on your bank.

4. Chargebacks

Before filing a dispute with your bank, please write us first. We will almost always resolve it faster than a chargeback will. Fraudulent chargebacks (where a legitimate charge was disputed without contacting us) may result in your account being suspended.

Nothing in this policy overrides the refund rights you have under the consumer protection law that applies where you live. In the EU and UK this includes a 14-day cooling-off period for distance-sold digital services, which applies until you have begun using the service.
