Welcome to Persona. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of startpersona.com (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Your account
You may create an account by completing the Persona quiz and providing an email address. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
2. Subscriptions and billing
- Persona offers paid subscriptions billed through Stripe. Prices and features are shown at checkout.
- Free trials convert automatically to a paid subscription when the trial ends unless you cancel first.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval shown at checkout until you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time from the Manage Subscription page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
3. Refunds
Because subscriptions unlock digital content immediately, payments are generally non-refundable. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at support@startpersona.com within 14 days and we will review in good faith.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) reverse-engineer or copy the Service, (b) use it to harass or harm others, (c) attempt to bypass access controls, or (d) use it for anything that would violate applicable law.
5. Content and intellectual property
Your quiz answers belong to you. The reports, text, designs, and software that make up the Service belong to Persona. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use them for your own reference.
6. Disclaimers
Persona provides self-reflection tools, not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Persona's total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change we will update the date above and, where required, notify you by email.
