How do I cancel my subscription?

What happens after my intro period ends?
Your subscription renews at $39.99/month unless cancelled before the intro ends. You can cancel any time from the billing portal or by emailing support — access continues until the period you paid for runs out.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — contact support@startpersona.com within 14 days of the charge and we'll sort it. It's much faster than filing a dispute with your bank. See our refund policy.
Where are my test results?
Everything lives on your home page — the Results tab holds every test you've taken, with full reports. Results are tied to the email you signed up with.
Will cancelling delete my results?
No. Your answers and results stay on your account. If you re-subscribe later, everything is exactly where you left it — including your streak history and Amber.
